XK8 X100 or X150 ?
Hi Everyone
I'm trying to establish if my XK8 is X100 or X150 which should seem simple enough but - - - - -
The main reason is that the passenger's and driver's side fuse box layouts don't match my drivers manual
I'm having trouble with cigar lighter dead and cruise control unavailable
It seems strange that they're both listed as fuse 14 on either side but maybe just a coincidence
The UK Vehicle registration says first registered in April 2005 yet the VIN has a 6 indicating it was built in 2006
The VIN number ends in A46365
Can anyone please tell me if it's X100 or X150 and also offer an explanation why the dash fuse box layouts don't match the driver's manual
If there's another fuse box layout document available that would be very helpful
Thanks

This is the X100
And this is the X150 and it's facelift
The X100 is the steel-bodied car made from 1996 to 2005, and the X150 is the steel bodied car made from 2006 - to 2014. To whichever of these your car looks like is what generation it is.
