Engine stalls at idle when a/c urned on - started happening after I replaced the Pressure Switch - part of a bigger problem - Compressor wil not "energize". Jag dealer tech ran diagnostics and thinks it is the AC control module? - $1200. They wanted $400. to runPinout test to prove whether it is ACCM or not. I think I am going to see about finding a used ACCM or at least a better price and install it myself. Any advice as to whether this is a good idea? 97 xk8 coupe. Thanks for any help anyone can give me; my better half is getting more impatient as the temperature gets hotter here in the Memphis,TN/ near Mississippi area.
